I’m Janice Goldblatt, a Northern California native who has proudly called Highland Park home since 1988. Since 1996, I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate the North Shore real estate market, and I truly cannot imagine doing anything else.
Whether I’m helping a family relocate from the city, marketing a luxury home, guiding a first time buyer, or assisting someone through a new construction purchase, my goal has always been the same: to provide honest advice, thoughtful guidance, and an experience built on trust.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work throughout Highland Park, Lake Forest, Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette, Evanston, Northbrook, Glenview, and the surrounding North Shore communities. The relationships I’ve built with my clients have always been the most rewarding part of my career.
Giving back has always been just as important to me as my work in real estate. I’m honored to volunteer with Community Partners for Affordable Housing, serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children, and support the American Cancer Society by providing transportation for patients to their medical appointments. These organizations have given me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community that has given so much to me.
