• I will do everything possible to find you the best property including  using the Multiple Listing Service, Internet and my contacts throughout the community.
• When it is time to negotiate, I will agressively negoiate to get you the best possible deal.
• I will follow up on all the details.
• You can count on constant communication from beginning to end.
• If you need recommendations for service providers including lawyers, building inspectors and tradespeople I'll be glad to recommend people who are good at what they do and have an excellent track record.
• I will accompany you on a final walk-through inspection prior to closing.
• I will attend closing with you.
• After closing I will be available to answer questions and make recommendations. after closing. Many of my clients become personal friends after closing.
