To some, real estate is about property and construction. To Janice Goldblatt it is about people.
A skilled listener, Janice interprets the needs of her clients to provide them with individually tailored services.
To those relocating from out of town, she is a valuable resource and liaison.
To buyers and sellers she brings professional enthusiasm and a strong background in sales, marketing, and service.
To colleagues she is a computer enthusiast, eager to share her knowledge of the latest technology.
Janice moved to Highland Park in 1988 and took time out from her career to care for her two daughters. As business manager of her husband's legal practice, she updated the computer systems and assisted in numerous real estate transactions.
After this introduction to real estate, Janice obtained her Sales Person's license in 1996 and her Broker's License in 1998.
In 1996, after a successful first year at Coldwell Banker, Janice's experience with new construction gained the attention of a developer who hired her to help establish Royal Ridge, a high end gated community in Northbrook. One year and 18 million dollars in sales later, Janice returned to Coldwell Banker to do what she enjoyed most--working closely with both buyers and sellers.
She is proud of both her yearly admission to the Presidents Circle, representing the top 2% of brokers nationally, and the relationships she has forged with clients and coworkers. In 2006 she was the top producing agent in her 100 salesperson Highland Park office.
Hi, Janice, I just saw in my Highland Park News that you are an award winner at Coldwell Banker. That can't be easy in this market. Congratulations.- Janet
